Limited Product Warranty
Terms and Conditions of Warranty:
Warranty on all products is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at Illumination Technology, Inc's discretion, and does not cover: personal injury, property loss, incidental damages or consequential damages associated with the use of these products. Illumination Technology also states that the improper use of these products, acts of nature, electrical surge, power failure, corrosion, improper installation, or improper maintenance of these products will not be covered. The warranty covers manufacture defects in craftsmanship. Any items that have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by other than Illumination Technology will void this warranty.
- Metal Halide Pendants - 2 years
- Metal Halide Ballast - 2 years
- LED Product - 1 year on LED / 1 year on power supply
- Lamps (MH/Fluorescent) - no warranty
- T5 Fixtures - 1 year
Products believed to be defective during the warranty period may be returned to Illumination Technology with a generated Return Merchandised Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned to Illumination Technology without an RMA number will not be accepted from freight carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay freight to return items. Customer is responsible for all damage incurred during shipment to Illumination Technology.
Items will be tested, repaired, or replaced and returned to the customer via ground service. It is not the responsibility of Illumination Technology to pay freight if a product is not under warranty. Product that has been subject to misuse, outdoor exposure, or water damage will not be covered under warranty and if the original receipt is not submittd with the product, the warranty will be void.
If you have a warranty claim, please drop us an email with the original order number and we will provide you with an RMA number and shipping address.
